GRANOLA
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup honey
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
-Grease baking sheet, spread out granola evenly
-Bake 300 degrees for 30 min stirring every 10 min
-Cool on wax paper
-Store in air-tight jar and ENJOY!
PROTEIN PANCAKES
1 scoop protein (optional)
1 cup oat flour
1 cup preferred milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. honey (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp. ground flax
-Blend dry ingredients, gently mix in wet ingredients and bake away!
BLUEBERRY BRAN MUFFINS
1 1/2 cup oat bran
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 egg
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup whit chocolate chips
-Mix wet ingredients in mixer, add dry ingridients, fold in blueberries and white chocolate chips.
-bake 15-20 min @ 375
POWER BALLS

2 cups quick oats
-
1 cup nut butter
-
¼ cup honey
-
¼ cup maple syrup
-
½ cup ground flax
-
1 tsp. vanilla
-
½ cup mini choc chips (optional)
-
½ chopped raisins (optional)
-
½ cup toasted coconut (optional)

Combine in Cuisinart or high-powered blender
-
Scoop even sized balls with small cookie scoop or spoon and roll in hand

Store in the fridge in an air-tight container
